Stephen explores the medium he’s using from the perspective of what others have done and from the view of an explorer traversing an undiscovered country. This is what creates his distinctive style. 

He wanted to create a site that helped showcase the explorative nature of his art of Martha’s Vineyard, where he calls home, while keeping a clean, responsive aesthetic.
